Reboot Bay specializes in the sale of pre-owned and seller-refurbished IT, technology-related products, and electronic equipment.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Due to the nature of pre-owned and refurbished items, cosmetic condition may vary, and images may not represent the exact item shipped unless explicitly stated.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed for resale purposes.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LOCAL PICKUP

We ship orders using major shipping carriers, selected at our discretion.

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only and must be arranged in advance by contacting customer service at 310-757-5711.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Special orders and customizable items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

9. PRODUCT CONDITION AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Most products sold through the Services are pre-owned or seller-refurbished and may show signs of prior use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore, some exclusions may not apply to you.

11. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

IN NO EVENT SHALL US INNOVATION GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Innovation Group from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.
