Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be returned in the same condition received. Serial numbers are carefully recorded for each item, both internally and externally. To approve a return, the serial number must match the original order. For computers, gaming consoles, and similar equipment, we apply a security void sticker. If the void sticker is tampered with, removed, or broken, the return will be automatically denied. Items must be returned securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Depending on the situation, returns may be processed as either refunds or exchanges at our discretion.
