At Reboot Bay, we stand behind the quality of the equipment we sell. All products are carefully inspected and tested before shipment. The following warranty terms apply to all eligible products.

30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty

All computers and hardware sold by Reboot Bay include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your desktop computer experiences a hardware failure during the warranty period, our technicians will diagnose the issue. If the problem is confirmed to be faulty hardware, Reboot Bay will replace the defective component at no cost under warranty. Warranty service is provided only for hardware defects that occur under normal use.

Warranty Seal Policy

Many systems sold by Reboot Bay include a warranty sticker or security seal on the computer. Removing or tampering with this sticker will void the warranty. The seal ensures the system has not been opened or modified in a way that could affect hardware integrity.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, including but not limited to:

  • Liquid damage
  • Dropping or impact damage
  • Electrical damage caused by improper power use
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Removal or tampering with warranty stickers or seals
  • Any accidental or physical damage will void the warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your computer is outside the warranty period, we are still happy to help.

Our team can:

  • Assist with troubleshooting the issue
  • Offer the replacement component at our cost, if available
  • Help you identify the correct replacement part
  • Provide installation guidance and instructions

Our goal is to ensure you can keep your system running smoothly, even after the warranty period ends.
