5. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Order Processing Time. Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time may be processed the next business day.

Custom Configuration Orders. Orders that require customization, including but not limited to RAM upgrades, storage upgrades, or other hardware modifications, may require additional preparation time and will generally ship on the next business day after the order is processed.

Shipping Carriers. We ship using major carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, shipping speed, and service availability.

Signature Requirement. Orders with a total value of $500 or more may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required and no authorized person is available to sign for the package, delivery may be delayed or returned to the carrier. Reboot-Bay is not responsible for delays resulting from missed signature attempts.

Address Accuracy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout and the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Address Verification. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we use address verification systems to validate shipping addresses. In some cases, we may ship only to the verified billing address associated with the payment method.

Order Verification. To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, certain orders may be flagged for verification. If this occurs, we may contact you to confirm order details or request additional verification through a secure verification process before the order is shipped.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders that cannot be verified or that appear to present a risk of fraud.
