RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Reboot-Bay offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and included components. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please submit your request through the Contact Us page form available on the Reboot-Bay website.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • All original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification.
  • All product serial numbers and identification labels must remain intact.

For fraud prevention purposes, product serial numbers and device identifiers are recorded before shipment. Returns that do not match our recorded product information may be rejected.

If a returned item is found to be damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Customized Orders

Products that have been customized or modified at the customer's request, including but not limited to RAM upgrades, storage upgrades, or other hardware changes, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to restocking fees.

Refurbished and Pre-Owned Products

Many products sold by Reboot-Bay are refurbished or pre-owned electronics. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches, marks, or normal signs of use are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please submit a request through the Contact Us page form as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or modified products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items with removed or altered serial numbers

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees required by their country.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and carrier handling fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us through the Contact Us page form available on our website.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal to sign for a package requiring signature confirmation, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, Reboot-Bay reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if suspicious activity, product tampering, component swapping, or excessive return activity is detected.
